Happiness

What is  happiness?  How do you get more of it? 

Well, psychology has been discovering many things about happiness.  To begin with, there are many kinds. 

There is amusement, like laughing at a good joke.

There is pleasure, like eating an ice cream cone.

There is contentment, as in the feeling you get of a job well done.

There is satisfaction, that comes from a well lived and fulfilling life.
